We've Been Acquired! 🎉 GQueues is Now Part of Boomerang

I’m thrilled to announce that GQueues has been acquired by Boomerang, the creators of the powerful email and meeting scheduling tools used by millions of people everyday.

Since its launch 15 years ago, GQueues has evolved into a leading task manager for Google Workspace, helping teams stay organized and accomplish their goals through seamless Google integrations. Feedback and ideas from our community of users has played a huge role in the success of the product. With such a passionate community, I knew that any partnership moving forward needed to embrace this collaborative spirit of development.

When I first spoke with Boomerang’s executive team several months ago, it was immediately clear we aligned on values, team, and technology. And like GQueues, they also run a sustainable, profitable business – so they don’t have to rely on venture capital to survive. Most importantly, though, Boomerang shares our mission of empowering people to focus on what truly matters by providing intuitive tools that simplify life and reduce stress. By joining forces with Boomerang, we’re excited to continue this journey – now reaching more people and making an even bigger difference!

What’s changing

For us, the entire team is joining Boomerang and I will continue to lead GQueues inside the company.

For users and customers, not much is changing!

What’s next

This strategic acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for GQueues. And down the road we’ll start exploring how GQueues can integrate with Boomerang’s entire suite of productivity tools.
