Tips to get started

  • For each new event, import this template, rename it to your client's name and the event type, and then add materials specific to the event (see accompanying video).
  • Add or change queues so that each event has information categorized for the way you run your business.
  • Add team members specific to each event - you can even include your vendors and clients and set their permissions accordingly!
  • Use the task comments to track time- and date-stamped information about the event and which members of your planning team, your vendors, or your clients made the comments.
