Any time you have a new event, import this template. You make sure all the bases get covered, and your clients have a transparent view into the planning process.
For each new event, import this template, rename it to your client's name and the event type, and then add materials specific to the event (see accompanying video).
Add or change queues so that each event has information categorized for the way you run your business.
Add team members specific to each event - you can even include your vendors and clients and set their permissions accordingly!
Use the task comments to track time- and date-stamped information about the event and which members of your planning team, your vendors, or your clients made the comments.
